Monterey Property Solutions may enter into a purchase contract and assign its equitable interest in that contract to a third-party buyer for a fee, or may purchase, renovate, and resell the property itself.

In accordance with Texas Occupations Code ยง1101.0045, we provide written disclosure to sellers that we may assign the contract rather than close on the purchase, and to buyers that we are selling only an equitable interest in a contract and do not hold legal title to the property.
